When you create a comparison and share the link, that information becomes visible to anyone with the link. You control what information you include and who you share links with.

When you upload screenshots or documents for AI extraction, those images are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic's data policies apply to this processing. We don't use your uploaded content to train AI models—it's processed solely to extract trip information for your use.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States, operated by Supabase and Cloudflare. Both providers maintain SOC 2 compliance and industry-standard security practices.

You can access and export your data from within the Service. If you need assistance, contact us.
You can update your account information and trip data directly in the Service.
You can delete individual trips, comparisons, or your entire account. When you delete your account, we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we need to retain it for legal purposes.
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing message. You'll still receive transactional emails about your account.
Most browsers let you control cookies through settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use the Service (for example, staying logged in).

FORGE is operated from the United States. If you're using the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
For EU/UK users: We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms to transfer data internationally.
FORGE is designed for adult travel advisors. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. The "Effective Date" at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
